Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is hiring for a seasonal Housekeeper in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The role runs April through October, with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, offering $16 per hour.

You will clean resort offices, clubhouses, cabins, and rentals to ensure a five-star guest experience, manage supplies, and coordinate with management to maintain guest satisfaction. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years housekeeping experience, a valid driver's license, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• One to three years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public areas, and model suites by mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to company standards.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and reorder as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance and other staff as needed.
• Help with resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Resolve guest issues with a positive attitude.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands.
• Work with management to keep communications open and team coordinated.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
