• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the resort.
• Dust, polish, sweep, mop and clean floors, restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash and maintain interior appearance; report damages.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Observe precautions to protect property.
