Job summary

Music & Arts seeks a Seasonal Repair Operations Assistant in Flowood, MS to support daily repair and refurbishment tasks. You will handle invoicing, assist the repair tracker, and help prepare reports while maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic recognition of musical instruments is preferred.
• A music background helps; passion for instruments and education is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• First line support for tracker for the repair shops.
• Assist in preparing unbilled repair reports.
• Assist in updating repairs within tracker.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes and distribute accordingly.
• Maintain file system of invoices.
• Additional duties as assigned.
