Job summary

Music & Arts in Flowood, MS is seeking a seasonal Operations Support member to assist the repair and refurbishment teams with day-to-day tasks in our repair department. You will handle invoices, track repairs, and help keep records up to date.

You'll provide first-line support for the repair tracker, prepare repair reports, attend staff meetings, and ensure invoices are properly filed. This role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment in a national music retailer network.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Basic recognition of musical instruments and music background preferred.

  • Assist in preparing unbilled repair report
  • Assist in updating repairs within tracker
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes from those meetings and distribute accordingly

  • Additional duties as assigned

Job description

The purpose of this seasonal position is to work with repair department personnel, supporting the day to day operations of the repair operations and refurbishment operations teams.
