Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. in Vermont is hiring seasonal team members for winter 2026/27 across Rental Operations and related guest services, with roles in retail rental, lift operations and more. Positions are seasonal, with both full-time and part-time hours available, and applications accepted on a rolling basis. Starting wage is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our rental shops.
• Fit guests with equipment – we'll train you.
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and rental return options.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
