You will help customers build outfits and wardrobes across Women’s, Men’s, Lingerie, Jewelry, Handbags, and Shoes, delivering personalized styling, fit guidance, and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll develop relationships, maintain product knowledge, and meet sales goals through a consultative approach, digital tools, and the Nordstrom selling standards.

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business by using the 2-2-2 Method
