Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital seeks experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for our ICU department. These temporary assignments run October 2026 through March 2027, with exceptional pay and a completion bonus.

Qualified RNs with California licensure are encouraged to apply and may be floated to other Southwest Health facilities as needed. Responsibilities include providing expert patient care, assessments, and treatments across ICU units, managing pain and invasive lines, and

Qualifications

  • Seasonal ICU RN requirements including California RN licensure.
  • 1 year ICU experience required.
  • BSN preferred; registered nursing program completed.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • NIH Stroke certification desirable.
  • May be required to float to other facilities within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary patient care and collaborate with the care team.
  • Conduct assessments, treatment and care across the ICU units.
  • Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains; follow hospital policies.
  • Adhere to core values and participate in ongoing education and career development.

Responsibilities

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is excited about hiring experienced, Seasonal Registered Nurses for our ICU department. These seasonal positions are temporary assignments, working October 2026 through March 2027. We are offering exceptional pay, and a bonus for successful completion of the assignment. Staff Registered Nurses

Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals’ Core Values and the hospitals mission statement.

Qualifications
  • Seasonal Schedule Requirements:
  • Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s
  • Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period
  • One (1) Year ICU Experience Required.
  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • BSN Preferred
  • Registered Nurse with current California RN license
  • BLS (AHA) Certification
  • ACLS (AHA) Certification
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
