Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift on a per diem basis in Florida. The RN will provide high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients and coordinate their care based on the nursing process.

The role includes attending meetings, adhering to policies, and assisting patients, families, physicians, visitors and staff in a professional manner. Required Florida RN licensure with BLS; ACLS and Basic EKG may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold Florida RN licensure.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS and Basic EKG may be required.
• Prior clinical experience in the area of nursing practice preferred.

Job Shift: Nights

Job Type: Per Diem

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient's experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high quality and patient focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.

Reports for scheduled shift on time and prepared to assume responsibilities.

Attends and participates in meetings and is responsible for information communicated at meetings.

Adheres to Corporate, Regional, hospital and departmental policy and procedure 100% of the time.

Assists all patient s, family members, physicians, visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Follows Infection Control procedures at all times.

Adheres to the following environmental care standards.

Demonstrates the ability to adapt to varied age-specific patient populations

EDUCATION:

Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.

Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE:

Prior clinical experience in area of expertise preferred.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:

Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.

BLS Certification. If applicable: ACLS, Basic EKG.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

CCRN preferred.

TNCC preferred.

PALS preferred
