Job summary

YMCA of Memphis & The Mid-South is seeking a Nutrition Services Truck Driver to support the organization’s food delivery operations. You will load, unload, and deliver orders using 16- and 26-foot refrigerated trucks, follow route instructions, and complete delivery paperwork accurately.

This role requires physical strength, valid license, and reliable driving. You'll work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, perform vehicle checks, and maintain safety and compliance with TN

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred.
Ability to lift 50–100 pounds with dollies.
Manage frequent stops and local navigation.
Ability to drive safely in inclement weather.
6+ months commercial driving or 3 months food service delivery.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Proficient with smartphones and navigation apps.
Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Responsibilities

Drive and deliver orders to sites using 16- and 26-foot refrigerated trucks with liftgates.
Unload product in designated areas according to directions.
Ensure delivery orders and paperwork are complete and accurate.
Maintain compliance with Tennessee transportation laws.
Perform other duties including non-driving tasks in warehouse and production.
