Qualifications

• Experience in organizing and executing activities or events required.
• Customer service, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Strong organizational, motivational, and leadership skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are important.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily recreational activities and events.
• Coach staff on performance and guest engagement.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and scheduling of recreation personnel.
• Manage calendars, events, and activity calendars in the CampersApp or equivalent.
• Ensure activities start on time and guests have memorable experiences.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and cleanliness of recreational areas.
• Collaborate with park and home office departments on projects and guest inquiries.
