Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher) and basic math.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about store hours, services, and promotions.
• Transfer calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance.
• Assist in general office duties (mail, updating phone lists, etc.).
• Help with projects for Leadership team as needed.
• Demonstrate reading, writing, and comprehension of basic instructions.
