Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is expanding its Frontgate brand in Dallas, TX and seeks a Receiving Associate to join the team onsite.

You will deliver an outstanding guest experience while handling merchandise processing and store operations daily. As a Receiving Associate, you will report to the Assistant Store Manager, perform shipping/receiving tasks, stock duties, and ensure inventory is correctly labeled and prepared for transfers and shipments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving or stock room experience.

You will report to the Assistant Store Manager.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Dallas, TX, Frontgate location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by promoting an environment that is, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving, or stock room experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Work collaboratively on floor sets and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience.
• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
