Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is hiring a Receiving Associate for our Frontgate location in Dallas, TX. You will support guest experiences with friendly, knowledgeable service while handling store operations and merchandise processing on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in shipping/receiving or stock rooms, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Onsite role with strong teamwork and inventory replenishment responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving, or stock room experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Work collaboratively on floor sets and replenishment of inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by promoting an environment that is, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members.
• Contribute to all aspects of store maintenance.
• Perform a variety of operational activities which included processing, labeling, and assembly of merchandise.
• Preparation and shipment of outgoing merchandise and transfers
