Job summary

Ballard Designs, part of QVC Group, is seeking a dedicated Stock Associate to support guest experiences and drive sales through organized, efficient store operations. You will report to the Receiving Manager and work onsite at our Roswell, GA location daily to keep merchandise ready for customers.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping/receiving or stockroom, a HS diploma, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving, or stock room experience.
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Work collaboratively on floor sets and replenishment of inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by promoting an environment that is, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members.
• Contribute to all aspects of store maintenance.
• Perform a variety of operational activities which included processing, labeling, and assembly of merchandise.
• Preparation and shipment of outgoing merchandise and transfers.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Roswell, GA, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
