The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and assisting with merchandise. Specific responsibilities vary by role, including assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting customers, and processing sales and returns. Seasonal Associates may be considered for any of these roles based on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel, but occasional travel to meetings, training, or support for neighboring stores may be needed.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week, with Receiver/Stocker roles requiring late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, over 25 pounds with assistance, or over 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices for CSAs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift/power equipment for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker roles.
• 6 months of retail experience for CSAs, including customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.

If required by state or local law, candidates must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
