**What You Will Do**

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this includes:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

The Seasonal Associate role may include positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, or CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Each role has specific key responsibilities that contribute to Lowe’s mission to provide quality service and the right products. For example: assembling merchandise (Assembler), stocking (Receiver/Stocker), loading for customers (CSA Loader), assisting shoppers (CSA Sales Floor), and processing sales and returns (CSA Front End). This list is not exhaustive, and associates may be asked to perform other duties as needed. Depending on hiring needs, applicants may be considered for any of these roles.

_Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores._

**What We're Looking For**

• Hourly Seasonal: Typically scheduled for 10 to 40 hours; additional hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker role requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as prolonged standing and lifting (minimum 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance; except CSA Front End which requires lifting 10 pounds minimum).

**What You Need To Succeed**

_Minimum Qualifications_

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, and Sales Floor): 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, outputting information) and a handheld device (mobile phone, LRT gun, tablet, etc.) for similar tasks.

_Preferred Qualifications_

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months operating forklift or similar equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months retail experience involving product sales, customer interaction, and store maintenance.

If required by local law, you must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
