The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with merchandise.

This role may involve assembling merchandise, stocking, loading for customers, assisting in shopping, and processing sales and returns. Depending on hiring needs, applicants may be considered for any of these roles.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally require travel to meetings, training, or neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required.
• Availability: Morning, afternoon, and evening any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker also needs late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, possibly over with assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker roles.
• 6 months of experience using a computer and a handheld device for CSAs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 months of forklift/power equipment operation for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker.
• 6 months of retail experience for CSAs, including customer service, sales, and merchandising tasks.

Applicants may need to obtain a salesperson license if required by local law, within 60 days of employment.
