The Seasonal Associate includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Each role has specific key responsibilities that contribute to Lowe’s mission of providing quality service and the right products.

This role may require travel occasionally to meetings, trainings, or support neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability: Morning, afternoon, and evening any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker also requires late evening, night-time, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, or over 25 pounds with assistance; for CSA Front End, minimum 10 pounds, or over 10 pounds with assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic for assembler and receiver/stocker roles.
• At least 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices for CSAs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift/power equipment for assembler and receiver/stocker roles.
• Retail experience for CSAs, including customer service and sales tasks.
