Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator in Carneys Point, New Jersey to unload and load inbound and outbound products, move, locate, relocate, stack and count items.

You will follow customer requirements for load counts and product stability, perform daily equipment inspections, maintain housekeeping, and promote a safety-first culture on site.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Electric pallet jack operation experience required (2+ years).
• Lift and move 50+ lbs.
• 1 year warehousing/distribution experience.
• Must follow PPE standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Ensure accuracy per customer requirements: load count and product stability.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a clean work area.
• Promote safety and report unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A successful Reach Forklift Operator will be responsible for unloading and loading all inbound and outbound products, along with moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting.

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
• Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
• Complete daily inspections of equipment.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
• Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can't be self-corrected to the leadership team.

Schedule: M-F From 6:00am - 2:30pm for 1st Shift and 3:30pm-12:00am for second shift

Hourly rate:$23/hour

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or GED.
• Electric Pallet Jack Operator experience, 2-year minimum.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• 1 year of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.
• Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership.
• Have a safety-first attitude
