Crazy Mountain Ranch in Clyde Park, MT is seeking a Seasonal Full Time Bartender to provide exceptional F&B service to guests throughout their stay. You will handle daily bar service, maintain storage and inventory, and assist dining room staff as needed.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and adherence to food safety and alcohol policies. Housing is available upon request, with potential rental arrangements.

Qualifications

• Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred, but not required.
• Bartending experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic wine, beer and spirit knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Food safety and alcohol training required and will be provided.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to accept new challenges.
• Polite, confident, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional bar service to our guests.
• Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Execute daily bar service.
• Maintain organization and security of storage facilities.
• Maintain inventory and communicate needs accordingly.
• Cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
• Set-up and break-down of function areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of all function areas.
• Engage with guests to ensure all needs are met.
• Assist Dining Room staff when needed.
