Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in North Bend, Oregon seeks a temporary, part-time Ramp Agent to process baggage between baggage areas and aircraft and to receive and dispatch aircraft.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading aircraft, reading load sheets, tagging baggage, and assisting passengers with special needs, while complying with SkyWest and FAA regulations. Starting wage is $19 per hour with benefits such as flight privileges and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Able to lift heavy bags and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to pass pre-placement background check and drug screen.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading aircraft and carts.
• Stacking and unstacking baggage in aircraft.
• Reading and interpreting load sheets and baggage tags.
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously.
• Ensure compliance with SkyWest and FAA regulations and policies.
