Job summary

Talladega Superspeedway is seeking Seasonal Hospitality General Staff to welcome guests and support admissions at hospitality locations during race weekends. You will work under the Event Experience team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Positions require a friendly, outgoing demeanour, flexibility for extended hours, and a commitment to delivering a premier guest experience at NASCAR’s iconic venue.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to take direction and multi-task.
• Must attend pre-event training sessions and event days.
• Flexible to extended hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends.
• Must be punctual, dependable, able to stand for periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Team-oriented with a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check admissions at hospitality locations on race day.
• Answer questions and assist guests to enhance their experience.
• Support event operations as part of a team.
