Job summary

The Neil Jones Food Company is seeking a Seasonal Quality Assurance Data Entry Clerk at our TomaTek plant in Firebaugh, CA to collect data, update databases and support GMP/HACCP compliance during the fresh-pack season (June–October). The role requires accurate data entry in Excel and Word, attention to detail, and strong communication in English.

Candidates should have a GED or equivalent, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, with shifts including weekends during peak season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• One year of data entry experience in a quality control or related setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and work extended hours during the season (June–October).

Responsibilities

• Enter data into Excel, Word, and related databases and files.
• Maintain and organize electronic and hardcopy records and reports.
• Generate and modify spreadsheets and documents as needed.
• Review and verify confidential customer information.
• Run reports to confirm data accuracy by comparing source documentation.
