Franklin Township in York County, Pennsylvania, is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Public Works / Road Crew team as Seasonal Road Workers. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing hands‑on maintenance, and helping maintain safe, clean, and well‑kept township roads, parks, and public spaces.

Seasonal Road Workers will assist with a variety of public works projects, including general road maintenance, park upkeep, snow plowing, and other seasonal maintenance activities. Employees will work under the direction of the Township Roadmaster and may have opportunities to operate heavy equipment based on their qualifications and experience.
