Thompson Palm Springs is seeking a Seasonal Public Areas Attendant (Full-time) to join our hospitality team. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness across hotel public areas, front/back of house zones, and guest interaction in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The position runs through Memorial Day 2027 with an hourly budgeted rate of $20.00. Applicants must be able to push/pull moderate weights and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. This is an hourly, nonexempt role.

Thompson Palm Springs Resort is seeking an engaging and hospitality-driven Seasonal Public Area Attendant (Full-time) to join our team! As a Public Areas Attendant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction and must be able to push and pull a moderate weight. Additional duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with guest request calls
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel and back of house area and assist with receiving of housekeeping amenities
• Maintain the cleanliness of the grounds/public areas/bathrooms

This is a temporary position anticipated to continue through Memorial Day 2027. The assignment may end earlier or be extended based on business needs and does not create a guarantee of employment for any specific duration.

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $20.00. This is the hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.
