Tri Gas & Oil in Maryland is seeking a safety‑minded Propane Delivery Driver for a seasonal role from October through March. You will drive a propane truck to customer locations, load/unload cylinders, and deliver exceptional service in all weather conditions.

This position requires a CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift cylinders. It includes occasional overtime and after‑hours deliveries, with benefits such as 401(k) participation and paid

Responsabilidades

• Deliver propane to customer locations and unload as needed.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report issues per policy and DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
• Assist with sales initiatives and promotional efforts.
• Be available for after-hours and weekend emergency deliveries as part of on-call rotation.

The Propane Delivery Driver position requires an individual to safely drive a propane delivery vehicle to customer locations. This position also requires someone with a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward Safety, Sales, customer Service and Employee Teamwork. Making deliveries in all types of weather and conditions. This job operates in the field, and you will be entering the customers’ homes and/or place of business. Working in hot attics or cold places must always provide an excellent and positive attitude toward the customer. While performing the duties of this job in the field, the employee is occasionally exposed to small working spaces, fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration. This position requires a CDL license with hazmat and tank endorsements, high school diploma, at least two years of work-related experience, and physical demands that include regular lifting of 60 pounds.Essential Functions:Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane to and from specified destinations.Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance.Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures. Operates truck in accordance to established safety procedures.Engages in daily interaction with customers and provides exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering inquires.Assists with sales initiatives.Performs responsibilities in on-call rotation for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries or response.Ensures all DOT requirements are met at all times.Performs other duties as assigned, including but not limited to yard and plant maintenance or dock work.The above job description has been designed to provide general guidelines for the identification of tasks, duties, and qualifications for the titled position and/or its successors.
