Job summary

Imagine Learning is seeking a Seasonal Professional Development Specialist to deliver content-specific PD, training, and guidance for K-12 programs. You will implement blended and online learning solutions, design workshops, and run assessment reports for teachers and instructional staff.

The role is per diem with flexible scheduling, reporting to the Professional Learning Solutions Director, and involves travel up to ~20% with opportunities to work from home or at client sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Teaching certification preferred.
• 2+ years delivering successful professional development, training, and/or consulting services (5+ years preferred).
• Strong remote work capability and self-motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workshops and sessions to teachers and instructional personnel on integrating digital solutions into curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices.
• Develop and modify student learning paths and design classroom assessments; run assessment reports.
• Deliver fee-based, engaging, small and large group presentations; workshops are delivered virtually or onsite as requested.
