Seasonal Production Associate [SUMMER HELP]

About the Job:

During orientation, you will learn the basics of cabinet making. Your shift will start with an all-hands meeting to discuss production goals, safety, and other plant matters. You will manufacture or assemble cabinets or components to meet or exceed production goals, working as part of a team.

You will be paid weekly. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position.

Shift Hours:

• 1st Shift: approximately 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
• 2nd Shift: approximately 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

Physical and Skill Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (8-10 hours)
• Ability to read measurements, work with numbers, and use handheld tools such as pallet jacks, staple guns, hot glue guns, and power drills
• Must be 18 or older, have reliable transportation, and be able to work overtime as needed
• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or production environments is preferred
