Seasonal Production Associate [SUMMER HELP]

Job Responsibilities

• Learn the basics of cabinet making through orientation and on-the-job training.
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss production goals and safety.
• Manufacture or assemble cabinets and components to meet or exceed targets.
• Work full-time during the summer season, with shifts from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for entire shifts (8-10 hours).
• Read measurements, work with numbers, and operate handheld tools and power equipment.
• At least 18 years old, reliable transportation, and willing to work overtime.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
