Job summary

Corefact is hiring seasonal Production Associates in San Leandro, CA. The role pays $18.50 per hour with morning and swing shifts. Start ASAP through December 31, 2026, with possible Saturdays. This is a temporary seasonal position without company benefits.

You will print, sort, cut, fold, bind, pack, and prepare orders, operate production equipment, and maintain safety and quality standards while supporting a collaborative team during the busy season.

Now Hiring: Seasonal Production Associates!

Corefact | San Leandro, CA

$18.50/hour

Start ASAP – December 31

Morning shift 7:00am-3:30pm

Swing 12:00pm-8:30

Monday-Friday and must also be able to work some Saturdays!!!

What You’ll Do

• Print, sort, cut, fold, bind, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Operate production and bindery equipment.
• Follow instructions and quality standards.
• Work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
• Help other production areas as needed.
• Work overtime and weekends when needed during our busy season.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Comfortable standing/walking for most of the shift.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Previous printing, bindery, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required!

Seasonal Position: This position is temporary and expected to continue through approximately December 31, 2026, based on business needs. Seasonal positions do not include company benefits.
