Completeful, based in Lafayette, LA, is hiring a Seasonal Production Associate to support our holiday production surge. You will run equipment, prepare files, inspect products, and assist with packaging to ensure high-quality, customer-ready items.

Training is provided and hours may start reduced until production ramps up. This role emphasizes accuracy, dependability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment handling multiple product categories.

Qualifications

Description

The Seasonal Production Associateis responsible for running equipment, preparing files, inspecting products, and assisting with packaging. Training will be provided and may begin with reduced hours until production ramps up. The ideal candidate will work as part of a collaborative production team and may assist in other departments as needed to meet seasonal demand.

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic computer skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred

Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to lift up to 10–15 pounds occasionally (materials, trays, jigs).
