Job summary

Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Production Associate to support holiday fundraising. You will help pack fresh fruit gift boxes, potatoes, onions, nuts, cheese and sausage, contributing to a meaningful cause while gaining seasonal experience.

Work 3–4 days per week, 6-8 hours per day starting at 7:30 am. The role emphasizes quality, safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse setting during the festive season. Wisconsin focus included.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production roles is a plus but not required.
• Must be available to work 3-4 days per week, 6-8 hours per day, starting at 7:30 am.
