Job summary

Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Production Associate to support holiday fundraising efforts by packing fresh fruit gift boxes, potatoes, onions, nuts, cheese, and sausage for Wisconsin FFA chapters and local organizations.

You’ll work 6-8 hours per day, 3-4 days per week, starting at 7:30 am, in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The role emphasizes quality, safety, teamwork, and helping the holiday operation run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production roles is a plus but not required.
• Must be available to work 3-4 days per week, 6-8 hours per day, starting at 7:30 am.
