Job summary

The Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas is seeking a Product Programs Assistant in Dallas to support customer service, projects, and administrative tasks related to the Product Programs. The role represents the organization and requires strong verbal and written communication.

You will handle booth sales, data entry, scheduling, volunteer coordination, and program logistics, balancing multiple tasks with professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and the public.
• Support internal and external customers of the Product Sales Team.
• Secure retail booth sale agreements in person or by phone.
• Complete administrative tasks such as calls, faxes, mailings, and data entry.
• Ensure professional, courteous handling of customers, vendors, and staff.
• Promote a strong customer service focus in all duties.
• Compile data and reports as requested.
• Assist with scheduling, registration, volunteer management and program/event delivery.
