Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Product Operations Educator for our Seattle Premium Outlet. The role focuses on organizing inventory, processing shipments, restocking, and maintaining store presentation while delivering great guest service.

You will work with the Product Operations Lead, execute RFID counts, support omnichannel programs like buy online pickup in store, and help create a safe, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Retail, distribution center, or warehouse experience is helpful.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
• Execute inventory processing plan established by the Product Operations Lead, including RFID counts.
• Receive and process product deliveries to fold, sort, and hang for space optimization.
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to appropriate locations per company standards.
• Adjust product displays, restock and destock daily to maintain presentation quality.
• Support omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store and ship from store.
• Interact with guests on the floor and connect them to teammates for service.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
