The Fresh Market in Smithville, NC is seeking seasonal team members to join our Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments. You will help customers by answering questions, suggesting meal solutions, and ensuring a welcoming store environment.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Minimum age 16, or 18 for Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Preferred: experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding guest service and help guests with meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products; assist guests across departments.
• Weigh, scan, and handle cash as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in general housekeeping.
• Assist in deli, bakery, produce, or meat & seafood departments as required.
