The Vintage Club seeks an exceptional Executive Chef to lead its culinary program and deliver a world-class dining experience for a premier private club. You will replace a retiring EC and work with the GM and leadership team to elevate standards and hospitality.

The ideal candidate is a charismatic, hands-on leader who thrives in a seasonal, high-expectation private club setting, with a passion for fresh, scratch-made cuisine and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Spanish Speaking
• Ten years’ experience in a similar role with luxury hospitality
• Fifteen years of food production and management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management or Culinary

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple outlets within a seasonal private club environment.
• Inspire and develop a culinary leadership team and relationships with members.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality, scratch-made cuisine across all outlets.
