Taylor Corporation in North Mankato is hiring Seasonal Machine Operators starting immediately through December. No prior machine operating experience required—our client provides full training, paired with the right equipment and team.

You will perform hands-on print production tasks such as loading materials, operating foil-stamping, cutting, feeding envelopes, and running entry-level presses for holiday cards. Various shifts available with overtime during peak season; full-time preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0–1 years (entry-level candidates strongly encouraged to apply).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a quick willingness to learn new equipment.
• Strong attendance, flexibility, and ability to read and follow written work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Loading paper and materials into digital printing presses.
• Operating foil-stamping equipment to customize holiday cards.
• Precision cutting paper sheets down to specified card sizes using computer-guided cutting tools.
• Feeding envelopes into automatic stackers and sorting lines.
• Operating entry-level printing presses for holiday cards and custom envelopes.
• Running letterpress orders on designated production machinery.
