Job summary

Taylor Corporation is a North Mankato-based manufacturer seeking a Press / Print Operating Technician for the 2nd shift. You will set up, operate, adjust and troubleshoot envelope printing equipment, work with a team to meet production schedules, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have mechanical/technical aptitude, basic math, and strong attention to detail; prior experience in printing or production is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Basic math to read ruler and calculate specs.
• Ability to understand and follow work orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, start and operate printing equipment.
• Follow production schedules to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and inspect products for quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify issues and escalate maintenance when required.
• Complete logs and paperwork accurately.
