Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a committed, easygoing Dishwasher / Prep Cook for Honeycomb Grill Restaurant. This entry-level role operates under the supervision of the sous chef and head chef to support culinary operations and maintain clean, sanitized dishes and kitchen equipment.

The position is full-time/seasonal and requires standing for extended periods while assisting with food prep and dishwashing. Perks include a free Solitude season pass, lift discounts, and more benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a dishwasher or prep cook
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, dishwashing equipment, cleaning supplies
• Ability to assist with cleaning and food prep
• Ability to work under pressure and take orders
• Must obtain/maintain Food Handler's Permit

Responsibilities

• Participate in all kitchen cleaning duties (dishwashing, cleaning, storage)
• Assist Kitchen Manager with receiving orders and proper rotation/storage of cold and dry storage
• Maintain exceptional communication with team and chefs
• Take direction from supervisors
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
