Job summary

RANE Property Management, LLC is seeking a Pool Attendant to help supervise the property pool, enforce safety rules, and assist guests and swimmers.

Responsibilities include monitoring the pool deck, performing water rescues, administering first aid when needed, and coordinating with management and emergency services. This seasonal, part-time role requires CPR/First Aid certification and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications with annual renewal.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally.
• Use of good judgement in making decisions.
• Ability to lead and manage others on the pool deck.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous surveillance of pool and pool deck when guests are present.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
• Perform rescue or first aid in case of swimming accidents.
• Contact management and/or 911 when required and document incidents.
• Ensure pool equipment and deck are clean and safe.
