Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to join the Seasonal Nursing Pool as a temporary, per diem role at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Candidates must float to all areas, work three 12-hour shifts per week, and commit to 12, 16, 18, or 24 weeks.

Minimum 2 years of RN experience, ASN, FL licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP. Seasonal employees are not eligible for PTO or benefits during the contract, but provide essential patient care and flexible

Qualifications

• ASN degree and FL RN license are required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as unit specifics.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned.
• Work three twelve hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the Agreement period for a total of 36 hours per week.
