Job summary

City of Neenah is seeking seasonal, part-time Lifeguards to support swimming pools, recreation programs, and related activities. The role emphasizes safety, rule enforcement, and customer service in a team environment.

Minimum age is 15. Certification in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR, and AED is required. Positions are not benefit-eligible and offer varied schedules with 5–10 hours per week at $14.00 per hour.
