Qualifications

• Must be able to swim; water safety awareness is essential.
• Previous pool/related hospitality experience is advantageous.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with guests and residents.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude at all times.
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests.
• Work outdoors in any weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests to the pool area.
• Approach interactions with friendliness and courtesy.
• Verify membership status when applicable.
• Set up umbrellas and cabanas; arrange furniture neatly.
• Ensure compliance with association rules and regulations.
• Report malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Keep pool deck free of trash and debris.
• Empty trash and lower umbrellas at end of shift.
