Job summary

FirstService Residential in Florida is seeking a friendly Pool Attendant to oversee the pool area, ensure safety, assist with setup and breakdown of activities, and deliver information and services to residents and guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, dependable service, and adherence to Safety and Environmental Protection policies. Must be able to lift, stand for long periods, and work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two or more years’ hospitality experience required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.
• Must be service oriented.
• Picks up debris and maintains basic cleaning.
• Checks sports equipment and reports broken items.
• Works effectively as part of a team.
• Is approachable to residents/guests.
• Follows Safety and Environmental Protection Policy.
