Responsibilities

• Meticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths as directed.
• Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests.
• Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room.
• Clears dishware and flatware as necessary throughout the dinner service.
• Completes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements (i.e. rollups, condiments, etc.) as directed.
• Provides expeditious service to each guest without sacrificing quality. Ensures water glasses are full throughout the meal.
• Follows all standard food handling, sanitation, RBS and health department guidelines.
• Must wear non-slip, oil-resistant shoes. Follows all safety policies and procedures. Reports potential safety issues to manager whenever observed and takes immediate action to resolve in emergency situations.

What You Will Accomplish
