Bavarian Inn Restaurant in Frankenmuth, MI is seeking a skilled pie and pastry baker for seasonal part-time hours (16–35 hours per week). The shift is 4:00 AM–12:00 PM and you will oven-bake from-scratch pies, fillings, crusts, and dessert bars in a high-volume bakery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare from-scratch pies, fruit fillings, crusts, and dessert bars.
• Work with doughs for strudels, butterhorns, and pastries.
• Follow and adjust recipes based on daily production needs.
• Use commercial bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, and pie presses.
• Slice, package and prepare finished items for guest sale.
