Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Pick Pack Team Members for our West Chester, OH fulfillment center. This onsite role reports to an Outbound Operations Supervisor and involves picking and packing orders, quality checks, and maintaining a safe work environment.

You will handle multiple SKUs, meet daily productivity targets, and collaborate with teammates. Roles require physical effort, overtime and weekend availability, and adaptability to different areas of the operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
• Walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Available to work flexible hours such as overtime and weekends.
• Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer.
• Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size, and quantity.
• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements.
• Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for resolution.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment; perform other duties as directed.
