Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Greenwood Mall (KY) to support a fast-paced, guest‑focused photo operation. You’ll help lead the team, drive sales, and ensure a magical Santa visit and photo experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Experience handling cash and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT or Local Management as needed.
