Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at White Oaks Mall in Springfield, IL. You will work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure a magical guest experience during the holiday season.

The role involves assisting with daily photo operations, staff coaching, and delivering exceptional guest service. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays; full-time availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations and hiring, inventory, and scheduling tasks.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Provide inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative support to the Local Manager.
